- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your cart.
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier capacity, customs procedures (for cross-border shipments), and other external factors beyond our control.
Large items such as ice bath barrels and chillers may ship via freight or pallet transport. In some cases, delivery may require that you are present to receive and sign for the shipment.
We ship to a range of countries. Available destinations for your order will be shown at checkout. If shipping is not available to your address, this will be indicated before you complete your purchase.
Certain remote or hard-to-reach locations may have longer delivery times or limited service options.
We work with reputable shipping and logistics partners to deliver your order. Depending on your location and the type of product, different carriers may be used. The carrier details and tracking information (where available) will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Damaged Packages: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the package or product appears damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you and work with the carrier if needed.
Lost Shipments: If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment must be redirected.
